Payment Methods:
I accept Credit card payments through paypal and COD (Cash on delivery). Personal checks are not accepted.
Order Information:
The shipping cost is calculated for Canada only.

Free shipping on purchase of 175$ or more. *This offer is valid for Canadian residents only.
No taxes will be added to your invoice.
For USA & Int'l customers: I am not responsible for any custom taxes that your country may charge.
For COD: Just send me your confirmation order by e-mail. Upon
confirmation of your order, I will send you the total invoice by e-mail (available for Canada only). Additional charge of 8.60$ will be added for this option.
Shipping:
I
ship the following business day after receipt of payment. All items are
shipped using Canada Post (insurance included). Delivery time is 2-6
business days for Canada. When the package is sent, I will send you a
tracking number so you can track the package on the website of Canada
Post (http://www.postescanada.ca).
Please note: All orders are shipped, no local pickup is available at this moment.
International Shipping:
For International orders we accept Paypal only (NO CHECKS, NO Cash on delivery). Please email at rachel_chartrand@yahoo.ca for additional shipping cost.
The customer is responsible for all taxes and duty, which may be collected upon delivery. For more information on what to expect when boxes arrive in your country, please contact your local customs office.
I
cannot determine delivery times of international shipments. Please also
understand that your item may be delayed or held in customs, so
shipping times may be longer than expected.
Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is very important for me. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied please contact me
as to the reason for return. After approval, returns are accepted up to 7 days from purchase. Refunds may be given up to the purchase price
only. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Simply place
the item and original paperwork securely in the original package.
Please note: Items that have been used, or are soiled cannot be returned.
